warmth at Bryan's House when they have no place else to turn. Our mission is to
respond to the needs of children and their families by providing
medically-managed child care, adolescent programming, and community-based,
family-centered support services. Bryan's House is the only special-care
facility in Dallas for children and teens affected by HIV/AIDS. We offer a full
range of medical, educational, and psychosocial services 24 hours a day, seven

mission of the Cancer Support Community is to provide meeting places where men,
women and children living with cancer along with their families and friends
can join with others to build emotional and social support as a supplement
to medical care. Free of charge and not for profit, the Cancer Support
Community offers support and networking groups, lectures, workshops and social

Located at historic Fair Park in Dallas, Texas Discovery Gardens is a year-round urban oasis filled with natural wonders for
visitors of all ages. Ten different themed areas include a butterfly habitat,
native wildlife pond, scent garden, shade garden and heirloom garden. The first
certified organic public gardens in the state, Texas Discovery Gardens features spectacular native and adapted plants grown using sustainable methods that
conserve water and protect the environment.

The mission of the Autism Treatment Center is to assist people living with autism and other related disorders as they learn, play,
work and live in the community. The ATC does this by promoting and
supporting the personal success of each member with respect, courtesy and
dignity.
The Autism Treatment Center also assists its members by providing a learning environment, which will increase competence and independence in both functional and enriching activities. Using its fleet of
specially customized mobile immunization Care Vans, the Caring for Children
Foundation’s Care Van Program is able to complement traditional "brick and
mortar" clinics by visiting schools, churches, restaurants, recreational
parks, shopping centers, public housing, community events, etc. and conduct
immunization outreach clinics in the communities where these at-risk families
live and work.
In addition to offering free childhood immunizations, the Care Van Program also offers free health screenings at most of its health education community events. Health screenings include blood pressure checks, body fat and strength tests. www.carevan.org
